Ground conditions: Christchurch City Council (CCC) have control of all CCC grounds, during the week grounds may be closed after 12:00pm please check..

This CCC site will keep you up to date as to whether your training ground is open.

Around about 2:00pm on Fridays CCC hands over the grounds to Mainland Football for the weekend. Sometimes certain grounds might be out for the whole week, Mainland Football adjusts the draw to accommodate this.

If cancellations have to be made this will either be on a Friday afternoon or Saturday morning for games on a Saturday and Friday afternoon, Saturday morning or Sunday morning for games on a Sunday.

The following procedure then applies.

Partial Junior Cancellation: 7^th, 8^th, 9^th and 10^th non competitive.

Full Junior Cancellation: all juniors and youth 7^th through to 18^th grade.

Full Cancellation: all juniors and seniors Saturday and Sunday.

Radio Stations are notified of cancellations from 7:00am, News Talk ZB, More FM and The Breeze

Cancellation is posted on web page www.mainlandfootball.co.nz

Cancellation is recorded on telephone service, 355 3595 then 9

Notification Email sent to delegates.

Sometimes even with cancellations some games may be played; check www.mainlandfootball.co.nz snapshot of these weeks’ games, any changes from the draw will be highlighted in Red.
