As part of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 Ferrymead Bays Football Inc have to re-register as an incorporated society with a new and updated constitution in order to continue running as a club. As such we will be holding a Special General Meeting to discuss and vote on these matters to enable the executive to process the re-registration.

• Motion put forward by Matthew Aspinall and seconded by Neil Warburton for Ferrymead Bays Football Inc Constitution 2025 _ Final Draft to be adopted as the club's new constitution as part of the re-registration
• Motion put forward by Matthew Aspinall and seconded by Neil Warburton to update the name of the club on the incorporated societies register from Ferrymead Bays Soccer Inc to Ferrymead Bays Football Inc.
